Shipping and Returns

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Maria Flor does not ship orders to post office boxes.

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
- Standard Ground Shipping: $0
Available on all orders under $1000. Please allow 3-7 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
- Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0
Available on all orders above $1000. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
- Next-day delivery: $20 without signature confirmation or with signature confirmation
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00PM will be delivered on the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00PM EST will be delivered on Monday. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for personalized items.

RETURN POLICY
Maria Flor does not offer complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return.
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if: Returned in a saleable condition within 30 days. Some exclusions may apply.
